Episode Title: "Hemlock"
Original Air Date: 03/27/1996
Oliver North teams with Harm to foil an assassin who is stalking visiting Russian President Boris Yeltsin.
When Lt. Austin is shot after she accidentally receives a fax meant for an assassin named Hemlock, Harm searches for evidence against the killer. He is aided in his frantic investigation by Oliver North (guest starring as himself), Lt. Austin's friend, and a secretive military operative who discovers that Boris Yeltsin is the assassin's target.
As Meg lies in a coma, shot by the mysterious assassin Hemlock, Harm and Krennick race against time to find Hemlock before he assassinates Russian President Boris Yeltsin.
Meg (Tracey Needham) is shot by an international assassin in the course of his hunt for the itinerary of his target---Boris Yeltsin, due in the U.S. for a secret treaty signing.
An international assassin wounds Austin; pal Ollie (Oliver North) helps find the shooter.
