Harm represents a divorced Marine colonel (Dan Lauria), who becomes a fugitive when he keeps his young son longer than the time allotted in his custody agreement. Complicating the case are the colonel's flashbacks to Vietnam, which cause him to confuse the boy with the buddy he lost there.
Harm plays divorce lawyer to a Vietnam veteran who kidnaps his own son and thinks the boy is a reincarnation of his missing war buddy.
