JAG

Episode Title: "We the People"
Original Air Date: 01/03/1997

CBS JAG Website

In the premiere, Admiral Chegwidden orders Harm to join forces with Mac, Lt. Roberts and Special Assistant Clayton Webb (guest star Stephen Culp) to track down Colonel O'Hara, a highly decorated and revered super-patriot who has stolen the Declaration of Independence. O'Hara, who turns out to be Mac's uncle, claims he's temporarily taken control of the document as a wake-up call to politicians who have lost sight of its true meaning. Government sources claim, however, that he's asking a ransom of one-half billion dollars for its return. It's up to Harm and Mac to figure out the good guys from the bad guys and safely reclaim the Declaration of Independence.
