Episode Title: "Secrets"
Original Air Date: 01/10/1997
The JAG offices are evacuated when an escaped prisoner infiltrates the headquarters and takes Admiral Chegwidden, Mac and Bud Roberts hostage at gunpoint.
When Private Magida escapes from Leavenworth after being found guilty of spying, he gets into Chegwidden's office where, claiming he was framed, he takes the officers hostage and insists they retry him. Meanwhile Harm acts as intermediary and, with the help of CIA agent Webb, uncovers new information about the original trial while also keeping a SWAT team from killing Magida.
An escaped military prisoner, claiming his court-martial for espionage was a frame-up, takes Adm. Chegwidden hostage in his office. But investigating the man's claims could be a problem, as all records of the case have been sealed---by the CIA.
A convicted spy escapes from Leavenworth and takes three officers hostage, demanding a new trial.
