Harm is arrested and jailed for murder when the F.B.I. finds him holding a smoking gun over a dead body. C.I.A. agent Clayton Webb, knowing Harm is innocent, arranges for his escape in the hopes that the real killer will try to contact him. The murderer does make contact with Harm, but then slips away, leaving Harm to face trial.
Harm is arrested for the killing of a Russian criminal who sold him stolen documents pertaining to the whereabouts of his father. But the real killer is a former KGB man trying to retrieve the papers.
Harm is arrested and jailed for murder when the F.B.I. finds him holding a smoking gun over a dead body.
C.I.A. agent Clayton Webb, knowing Harm is innocent, arranges for his jail break in the hopes that the real killer will try to contact him, thereby exposing himself -- but also putting Harm's life at risk. The real killer does make contact with Harm but then slips away, leaving Harm to be put on trial, where he fires his court-appointed J.A.G. lawyer in favor of a civilian defender -- Mac.
