MAC AND MIC'S PRE-WEDDING CELEBRATION IS MARRED BY DEVASTATING NEWS REGARDING HARM, ON THE SEASON FINALE OF "JAG," MAY 22
"Adrift" Part I -- Mac and Mic are in the midst of celebrating their impending nuptials when devastating news arrives regarding Harm, on the season finale of JAG, Tuesday, May 22 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. Scott Brazil directed the episode from a script by Dana Coen.
Mac is disappointed when Harm tells her his annual carrier-landing qualifications will prevent him from attending the wedding rehearsal dinner. He promises, however, not to miss the wedding. A man of his word, Harm completes his quals and grabs the last flight allowed out before a huge storm hits. But when contact with Harm's plane is lost, word of his predicament reaches the wedding party and Mac cannot hide her true feelings for Harm from Mic.
Mac and Mic are in the midst of celebrating their impending nuptials when devastating news arrives regarding Harm, on the season finale.
The JAG team gathers for Mac's rehearsal dinner.
Season 6 closes with an emotional cliffhanger in which Harm and Mac (Catherine Bell, David James Elliott) experience a turbulent, possibly life-altering storm---in the air and in the heart.
As the day of Mac's wedding nears, the conflicting feelings she and Harm have for each other intensify. Complicating matters further, Harm announces he's being deployed to a carrier for the weekend, so he'll miss the rehearsal and possibly the wedding. Mac controls her emotions as he departs, but she can't mask her feelings when she gets startling news from the carrier. It's about Harm, and the plane he was piloting through a storm to make the wedding on time.
I thought I might help you out with the song that was played in the Adrift episode-- It is "Come Fly With Me" being performed by James Darren. James Darren originally sang it for Star Trek Deep Space Nine. Both JAG and DS9 are produced by Paramount Pictures.
