TO ESCAPE QUESTIONS REGARDING HER SPLIT FROM MIC, MAC GOES ABOARD A SHIP IN THE INDIAN OCEAN TO INVESTIGATE A SUPPOSED MAN OVERBOARD, ON "JAG," OCT. 2
"New Gun in Town" -- Unwilling to face questions regarding Mic, Mac is granted temporary duty aboard the USS Guadalcanal to investigate the disappearance of the Staff JAG, on JAG, Tuesday, Oct. 2 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. Terence O'Hara directed the episode from a script by Stephen Zito.
Meanwhile, Harm returns to duty to learn that Commander Sturgis Turner, his roommate at the Naval Academy, has been assigned to JAG.
But friendship has to be put aside when they turn into rivals facing off against each other in Harm's first case since his return.
Unwilling to face all the questions regarding her split from Mic Brumby on the eve of their wedding, Mac requests and is granted temporary duty aboard the USS Guadalcanal, a Marine Task Force command ship on maneuvers in the Indian Ocean. Harm returns from Rene's father's funeral to resume duty at JAG. He's delighted to learn that CMDR Sturgis Turner, his roommate at the Naval Academy and good friend, has been assigned to JAG.
A new lawyer comes to JAG and renews an old rivalry with Harm. Mac takes a case in the Indian Ocean to get away from her troubles.
Mac (Catherine Bell) takes a man-overboard case that takes her to the Indian Ocean and away from Harm. Meanwhile, an old friend of Harm's has been reassigned to JAG, and the two men face off in a case involving a stolen airplane and an unauthorized flight. Gunny: Randy Vasquez. Harm: David James Elliott.

Subject: Re: [jag] Re: New episodes---Mac as a 2ndary character[...] I will tell that Mac will spending episodes 2,3,and 4 in the Indian Ocean with a Marine detachment. These will be legal and action-oriented episodes whichfeature Mac a bit more than Harm who is back at JAG except for a visit in one episode. The new CMDR will join JAG where he is quite successful in cases against Harm, who goes on a losing streak. Hope this wasn't too much info. By the way, three of these episodes have already been filmed.
