A MARINE MAJOR IS ACCUSED OF NEGLIGENT HOMICIDE AND MAC AND HARM SQUARE OFF AGAINST EACH OTHER DURING THE COURT MARTIAL, ON "JAG," OCT. 9
"The Measure of Men" -- Still aboard the USS Guadalcanal, Mac is called upon to prosecute a Major accused of negligent homicide by the ship's Captain, on JAG, Tuesday, Oct. 9 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. Bradford May directed the episode from a script by Dana Coen.
Much to Mac's surprise and dismay, Harm arrives on board to defend the Major and also try to clear the air with Mac regarding their relationship. But as they both become entrenched in the case in which the victim drowned during a nighttime exercise in extremely bad weather conditions, they're hard-pressed to find time to discuss their personal business. Meanwhile, Admiral Chegwidden has his hands full with his teenage goddaughter who has run away from home.

Harm and Mac try a case aboard an aircraft carrier in which an officer is accused of causing the death of one of his men. Admiral Chegwidden has a houseguest when his Goddaughter comes calling.
On the USS Guadalcanal, Mac (Catherine Bell) is the prosecutor for the court martial of an officer up for negligent homicide, and Harm surprises her by serving as the defender. Gunny: Randy Vasquez. Adm. Chegwidden: John M. Jackson. Lt. Bud Roberts: Patrick Labyorteaux.

Subject: Re: [jag] Re: New episodes---Mac as a 2ndary character[...] I will tell that Mac will spending episodes 2,3,and 4 in the Indian Ocean with a Marine detachment. These will be legal and action-oriented episodes whichfeature Mac a bit more than Harm who is back at JAG except for a visit in one episode. The new CMDR will join JAG where he is quite successful in cases against Harm, who goes on a losing streak. Hope this wasn't too much info. By the way, three of these episodes have already been filmed.
