After a break-in and murders at a Naval Annex building in Washington, D.C., Harm finds out that one of the victims was a friend of his who is also suspected of passing information to the Chinese.
As Harm sets out to clear his friend of espionage charges, he encounters startling roadblocks put in the way of his investigation by the intelligence community.
Meanwhile, Renee shows up at JAG Headquarters with surprising news for Harm, and Mac tirelessly searches for the young girl she left behind in Indonesia
Harm has to clear his friend of murder and espionage charges when security at a cryptography office is compromised.
When two cryptanalysts are murdered and one wounded in a secure room, Harm investigates and learns that one of the victims was an old friend. Meanwhile, Mac (Catherine Bell) tries to find out if the girl she left behind in Indonesia is alive. Adm. Chegwidden: John M. Jackson. Harm: David James Elliott.
