"Redemption" -- Harm is forced to violate his legal oath of attorney-client privilege when, in the course of defending a military friend on a separate matter, Harm uncovers proof that this friend was selling Stealth secrets, on JAG, Tuesday, Oct. 30 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. James Whitmore Jr. directed the episode from a script by David Ehrman.
Harm is in the process of defending his friend accused of fraternization with a female officer under his command when he uncovers the information regarding the Stealth fighter. Harm is then forced to make a decision: put his job on the line because legally, he cannot report the discovery since it was revealed in the course of a different case; or do the right thing and report the information. Meanwhile, Mac attempts to help a young lieutenant who is trying to win custody of her daughter from her abusive husband.

Meanwhile, Mac attempts to help a young lieutenant who is trying to win custody of her daughter from her abusive husband.
Harm reluctantly defends a man on a fraternization case after he finds out he may be guilty of espionage.
In the course of investigating an old friend who has been accused of fraternizing with a female lieutenant, Harm discovers that the man may be selling information about classified technology. Also, Mac seeks a restraining order for a female officer whose daughter is being abused by her lawyer-father.
