Harm, Mac and Sturgis must find a way around the CIA's classified information rules regarding the loss of a nuclear submarine and its passengers in order to follow the orders of the new Secretary of the Navy.
Synopsis: Harm, Sturges and Mac fight to get information released about the disappearance of a nuclear submarine in the late 60's.
