Mac is recruited by the CIA to go on a top-secret assignment with Agent Webb. Posing undercover as Webb's pregnant wife, Mac travels with him to Paraguay to help bring down a drug lord responsible for selling stinger missiles to terrorists. Meanwhile, back in the U.S., Harm returns to duty at JAG while Bud is assigned to represent Sturgis Turner in an appeal case.
