When a female petty officer thought to be MIA is found by U.S. troops in Iraq living as the wife of a Bedouin sheik, Mac is assigned to defend her on the charge of desertion. Meanwhile, Harm is stunned when Admiral Chegwidden informs him that the resignation papers Harm signed in order to go to Paraguay have been processed and that he is now officially a civilian.
