Harm’s new job with the CIA takes him to Manila where his dangerous first mission is to go undercover to prevent a Philippine radical terrorist from overthrowing the government. Meanwhile, Bud’s brother, Mikey, a cadet at the Naval Academy, has to make a tough choice when a fellow cadet is accused of cheating.
