Director: Bradford MaySynopsis: Turner's on a sub in the Sea of Japan where ten North Korean submariners are being detained. Back at JAG and buried in a heavy caseload, Harm meets an 80- year-old veteran who's going on trial for theft.
The admiral buries Harm in backlogged case files; a veteran (Ossie Davis) says a bureaucratic snafu forced him to steal; a submarine picks up a North Korean crew imperiled by a SARS outbreak.
