Chegwidden and Harm defend a Navy All-Star baseball pitcher charged with assault after he hits a Marine batter with a bean ball pitch. Meanwhile, Mac is assigned to defend a Marine who boasted of killing an Iraqi POW to his date who turns out to be a newspaper reporter hungry for a good story.

Synopsis: A Lance Corporal accidentally tells a reporter that he shot an Iraqui prisoner in the back of the head. While at bat in the Navy-Marine all-star baseball game, a Marine gets hit in the head by a pitch and his manager presses charges against the pitcher.
