Meanwhile, Turner is assigned to discreetly examine whether his friend and colleague, Bud, acted inappropriately at an anger management class.

Harm travels to the China Lake Naval Weapons Research Center in California to investigate after a top secret F-14 flight ends in a fiery crash near a local playground. Harm discovers that the crash was actually a test-flight gone awry for a new laser weapon by a contracted firm. Meanwhile, Bud's attendance at an anger management class is anything but peaceful.
