Vukovic travel to Indonesia to negotiate the release of hostages, they find themselves swept up in a diplomatic nightmare, meanwhile, Bud and Harriet have an open house to celebrate the arrival of their new twins while the General's daughter (Danneel Harris) strikes up a relationship with Midshipman Mike Roberts (Michael Bellisario).
While negotiating a hostage release involving naval officers and modern pirates, Mac learns that the pirate she must deal with is wanted by the Indonesian government.

"Straits of Malacca" -- Mac and Lt. Vukovic (Chris Beetem) are sent to Indonesia to negotiate a hostage release involving Naval personnel and modern day pirates, on JAG, Friday, Feb. 25 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. Richard Compton directed the episode from a script by Darcy Meyers.
General Cresswell informs Mac and Vukovic that the "pirate" they must deal with is notorious in the area and is wanted by the Indonesian government for comandeering cargo ships. But just as they begin to question their suspect, Vukovic realizes the pirate's crew is still at large and headed toward a major seaport with a ship full of explosives.
