On an assignment in Iraq, Vukovic defends a Marine caught on tape killing a seemingly innocent civilian during an attack on a mosque.

"Death at the Mosque" -- Vukovic is sent to Iraq to defend a Marine who was caught on tape killing a seemingly innocent Iraqi civilian, on JAG, Friday, April 1 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. Bradford May directed the episode from a script by one of the series' co-executive producers, Stephen Zito.
During an attack on a mosque being used as an armed camp by Iraqi insurgents, a young Marine is filmed by a network news crew as he shoots a seemingly innocent Iraqi civilian. The general sends Lt. Vukovic to Iraq to defend the Marine in this highly publicized court martial.
