Tony and Ziva go under cover as deceased married assassins in order to find out who their target was and who hired the hit. But while the two are feigning marital bliss in a lavish hotel suite, romantic sparks erupt. Meanwhile, Gibbs discovers that NCIS might not be the only federal agency on the case.
