The NCIS team is called in to try and talk a distraught naval officer, Michael, out of jumping off a 20 story building. A more thorough background check reveals Michael's wife was trained by Al Queda and has been spying using her husband's access codes.
When the NCIS team is called in to talk a distraught naval officer from jumping off a rooftop, what starts out as an attempted suicide turns into a murder investigation for Gibbs and team.
