I'm Peter C. Jones, and I created and maintain the onscreen-credits.com website.
However, I have nothing to do with the writing, directing, or producing of the show. Asking me to make better storylines, or to give Ducky an girlfriend, or to change the lighting in the main office set will not do any good.
Futhermore, I do not write the episode descriptions. The CBS NCIS website, the Paramount NCIS website, Yahoo! TV, or other cited sources, are responsible for the quoted episode-description text. I just copy-and-paste from those sites, to keep a record of how they described the episodes.
As soon as I know where you can get merchandising -- episodes on DVD, novels based on the show, or any such items -- I will add that info to my site. Until it's there, assume I can't help you (because, unless it's in the short period between my finding out about it, and being able to put it on the website, I wouldn't be able to help you).
That said, if you want to contact me, you can't, for now. Spam has made it impossible for me to allow e-mail or web-based feedback. This is just a hobby for me, and I don't have the time to weed through hundreds of spam to find the one real feedback message.
If you would like to contact someone that might actually be able to get your message to someone who can do something about the show itself, e-mail Harriet, the NCIS Audience Liason: her AOL.com username is HarrietNCIS. (Protecting her from spam, too: ___@aol.com, fill in the blank with HarrietNCIS)
If you would like to contact someone at NCIS by snail-mail:
"NCIS" Att: (cast or crew member name, or Harriet) Sunset Gower Studios 1438 N. Gower Box 25 Hollywood, CA 90028
The feedback form is disabled while I try to figure out a way to avoid spam through the form. (Congratulations, spammers, you've almost won. The internet, including e-mail, web discussion, and online chat programs, is virtually unuseable due to your unwanted messages. I hope you can figure out something else to do with your time once the internet realizes that it's useless and collapses under the weight of your spam -- actually, no, I don't; I hope you have absolutely nothing left to do, and never annoy or disturb another person again in your life.
